On December 10 at IHI’s Annual National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care, IHI President and CEO Don Berwick reflected on the progress that so many of you have made over the past two years and described the IHI Improvement Map, an initiative to help hospitals make sense of countless requirements and focus on high-leverage changes to transform care.
